Never Again – Rude and Disrespectful Staff

! We booked two rooms for four people and had a terrible experience. The staff were rude, arrogant, and totally unhelpful. Every room had only one small bottle of water. When we asked for another, the receptionist said, “Drink from the bathroom.” Later, when we didn’t have cash for the vending machine and asked politely for just one bottle to pay later, the same person angrily repeated, “Go drink from the bathroom.” Honestly, we were shocked. For the money we paid, we expected at least a bit of respect and hospitality — not this kind of hostile, insulting attitude. We’ll never come back, and we don’t recommend this place to anyone. Totally disappointing!

Friendly and helpful staff

Very friendly staff that helped us get a taxi when it was raining and every means of public transportation close to us was closed due to a strike. The quadruple room is suitable for a family or even 4 friends and the overall experience is great.

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena, las instalaciones perfectas, el staff amable en todo momento, nos ayudaron con recomendaciones, el metro estaba a 10 min caminando y en la zona hay muchas opciones de comida, café o tiendas de autoservicio. Sin duda regresaríamos!

O hotel entrega o que promete. Distante cerca de 10 minutos do metrô e então você chega rapidamente ao centro. Boas opções de restaurantes em até 10 min de caminhada. Um bom café da manhã, e pessoal atencioso.

This hotel was extremely clean and smelled so fresh. The staff was always available and ready to help. We had a pleasant stay as our room and the lobby were nice. Breakfast was very good since there were many great options and the staff was super efficient.

Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe.
