With two comfortable beds, it offers an ideal solution for couples and friends visiting the city or for business stays thanks to fast wi-fi with fiber optics.
The new M4 subway is a 10-minute walk away and connects you to Linate Airport.
The apartment, with attention to detail, has been optimized to the maximum in the management of the spaces in order to offer a comfortable stay for 2 people in a modern and contemporary context. A creative entrance inside the wardrobe wall will accompany you into the modern living room. Immediately on the right you will find a comfortable king size sofa bed.
In the brightest corner of the apartment, a modern and functional kitchen awaits you, fully equipped with several appliances, including: low fridge, washing machine, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. To complete your comfort, we will also provide you with coffee capsules and tea bags.
To enrich the living area, we find a practical smart TV equipped with Netflix and internet connection to be able to relax during meals and after a tiring day of shopping or work.
To complete the apartment we find a large bathroom with window and elegant mosaic walls. We thought of innovative solutions to optimize space, such as the combined structure of the toilet and bidet, which allowed us to offer a surprisingly spacious shower. You will also find a hairdryer and a welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner.
The house is NOT equipped with air conditioning, but a large ceiling fan as well as a floor fan will ensure excellent air flow in this studio apartment even on the hottest days. There is 1GB fiber optic Wi-Fi, particularly high-performance for managing various connected devices and for smart working.
