We loved our stay at Cà Bèla - Susa, the property is very well mantained, the location is pretty good, and the common area is a significant plus. We would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Milan for a few nights.

I was under the impression this would be a hotel, but it’s more like a Airbnb that rents rooms independently. I tried multiple times to pre-register on the links provided, but couldn’t get them to work. What it meant was I was checking in on a street corner taking pictures of my passport and sending it so I could get instructions on how to get inside the room. When I arrived, I found the rooms were being cleaned. Thankfully our room was available.

We had an amazing time here! The location was amazing and convenient with the M4 like 2 minutes away and a regional station 10 mins away on foot. The ladies running it were also amazing, fast and clear communication, even let us leave our bags after we checked out so we could keep looking around the city. Room was very clean and comfortable. The room is really nice however it was not clean. there are spiderwebs and spiders, strong smell go mold, hairs in the shower and on the bed. I haven't meet any of the staff so I can't comment on that, the amenities was great, the shared area with the little kitchen was great

Location was very nice. Directions easy to follow for keyless entry. But the room does not sleep 4 comfortably as advertised, and the heat did not work at all - our stay was in the middle of February, and we slept in our winter coats. No reply or concern in the morning when I texted the owners about this.

There is no airport shuttle from Linate airport here, but the Susa Metro (M4 blue) line is right across the street, if you come up the correct street exit that is! Our room and the common area where you can make coffee or tea was very clean. Someone has available for cleaning. It seems daily until 3 PM. Ca Bela management seems to be available & responsive on WhatsApp a lot which is nice Pretty quiet location, except for these sometimes obnoxious motorcycles speeding down the street. There’s a dog & children’s park across the street too!

Beautiful room and bathroom, very modern and clean. Unfortunately in a quieter neighbourhood that is not close to the city centre, it is about 40+ minutes walking distance. There is a metro station right outside which is great, but there was a train strike/shutdown during my stay so I had to walk quite far to get anywhere.

Outstanding

Absolutely wonderful stay. Great communication, and kind people taking care of the property. Right by Metro. Very quiet room with a beautiful view of the park. Strong shower. Lovely kitchen area with working fridge. The kettle didn’t boil fully but that was a tiny thing in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend.
