Excellent location. Clean property. Grocery store in couple blocks. Coffee shops on the street. Walkable distance to Duomo/Galleria. It was a little harder to get first in without phone number access, but it worked out via WhatApp.

We had a slight mix up upon arrival at the property which could of potentially be very problematic but was eventually resolved. The lock box for the suite keys were empty but luckily another set of tenants arrived shortly and between us it was determined that the cleaner had gave our suite to them in error. The other family had merely left their luggage in our suite and had not lived in it at all so we merely exchanged keys and we all went on our way without major issues. We did have a small period of panic thinking that the suite was double booked and thus left homeless but we managed to sort it amongst ourselves. The owners were apologetic for the mix up.
