A charming two-bedroom apartment located on the second floor of an elegant building in the very central Porta Romana neighborhood. It is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay unforgettable: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron, a kettle, etc.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a medium- to long-term stay. It features two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette open to the living room, and two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a window and a spacious shower.

Both bedrooms have double beds.

Spacious closets and a walk-in closet provide ample storage for your clothes.

There are two small balconies.

Upon your arrival, we will hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the instructions and information you need.

At check-in, you will be asked to present your ID to complete the registration process.

You will be asked to pay a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the City of Milan)

For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed, and you must have an Italian tax identification number.

We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in hours, provided it is arranged at least one day in advance, at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m.

During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist with any requests, recommendations, or information about your stay in Milan.

Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, you’ll need to make arrangements regarding your check-in time.
