Convenient location for an early flight, clean and decent food, including great service in the restaurant. Hotel itself offered good value for money but access by taxi (hotel shuttle inoperative early and late) is extortionate

Nice hotel, really need your own transport transport. Disappointed we couldn't access the park from the hotel. Swimming pool seemed to be reserved for an outside party on the Sunday of our stay which meant we had to change our plans

Hotel needs updating and deep cleaning. Wall to wall carpeting appears stained/dirty throughout. Walls in our room were splattered with coffee or possibly food in places. Breakfast was decent (very good pastries, fresh fruit) aside from undercooked scrambled eggs. Pool area looked well maintained and water was clean, though we didn't get the chance to swim. We tried to reach the hotel on foot from the airport because there is a beautiful park with walking path that appears to stretch from Linate to the Belstay area. Unfortunately, you can get almost all the way to the hotel but then the sidewalk ends and you must cross and walk along a highway in multiple places to get to the hotel. I realize this isn't an issue the Belstay can likely fix, but it was just unfortunate to then have to spend 40 euro on a taxi to drive 2 miles the next day when it could be a pleasant walk. Staff was helpful in booking us an early morning taxi to the airport. Overall, was not as clean or pleasant as other hotels we stayed in during our trip which were 2 or 3 stars. Surprised that this is listed as 4 stars.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! My first room was filthy and old. The carpets are stained, the walls had streaks of filth on them, the shower was coated in mold, and the cover for the toilet flush was missing. I demanded another room or a refund and the manager gave me a new room that had been completely updated. It was much better but still very questionable in cleanliness. There has to be better places to stay in the area.
