We really enjoyed our stay at BB Hotel Milano Duomo City Center. It's very well located, the staff were very attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only improvement would be to upgrade the bed and make it a true double bed instead of two single beds pushed together.

We had a wonderful experience at the B&B Hotel Milano City Center Duomo. Everything was great — the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a good variety of fresh options every morning. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, especially for the price — just steps away from Via Dante, a short walk to the Duomo, and very convenient for getting around Milan by metro or on foot. One of the best parts was the flexible timing: check-in at 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM gave us great freedom to enjoy the morning and explore more of the city before leaving. It really added extra value to our trip! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Milan. We would definitely stay here again.

I read several reviews about their breakfast...i'm not certain where those people eat, but the breakfast was 100% worse than terrible. The lobby is totally uninviting as it is in the middle of what looks like an elementary school cafeteria. It was raining, and you had to walk out into the rain from the lobby to get to the elevator...and it was not like it would be technically or economically not feasible to provide cover. Having said all that, on the plus side, the room was very clean and the desk staff very professional and helpful. Unfortunately i wouldn't recommend this hotel.
