It was a great experience! Super spacious room, the staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever I had a question, and it was in a great location for walking to multiple spots on my itinerary for the week. Would definitely stay at Avani again!

Very convenient, safe and clean place. The apartment is quite good but the access is complicated with the need of multiple access code and thus a cell phone connected. The space is small, although the bathroom is nice. There is coffee and tea makers as well as a fudge but the electric connections are unstable.

Great location

Great location if you are visiting Amazon, it’s literally across the road! Their restaurant is very good and their rooms are comfortable….albeit they can be noisy if facing the road.

An Unforgettable Stay at Avani Milan From the moment we arrived, the staff at Avani went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Their warmth, attentiveness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference—especially with the thoughtful birthday treat that added such a personal touch! The rooms were spotless, modern, and super comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The spa facility was absolutely beautiful—a perfect place to unwind after exploring Milan. And the breakfast? Simply perfect. A delicious and diverse spread that started our days off just right. I wish I got staff names to shout them out on how amazing they were. You all are just brilliant! Honestly, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else in Milan now. Avani exceeded every expectation. Can’t wait to return!

Hotel clean and modern throughout. Aircon was not working, was told it wasn't allowed. Very hot day in March and very busy road system outside hotel. So the choice was keep window closed and have little sleep due to heat, or open window and have little sleep due to noise.Breakfast was poor when it came to hot options, bacon and sausage tasted like raw fat. I think someone snook in our room while we were at breakfast to open the shutters, which I had closed to keep room cool.

In general I like this hotel. It was my second stay there. They have a lovely breakfast and the area is very good for both walkability and transportation. I did have an issue with the curtains in my superior room. They would not close over the dramatic double height window, so sleeping was going to be a problem. They were only able to downgrade my room due to current availability, but I did have a good nights sleep and I would recommend room 403, which is a standard double.

Excellent location and staff, Tiny bathrooms.

It was really great the staff were excellent, only 1 problem the bathrooms are incredibly tiny even smaller than those on cruise ships. Also they didn’t have soap dispensers, foot rest and water leaked out whilst showering. They did provide the tubes with liquid soap but nowhere to put them whilst showering so you had to put it on the floor. When you went to pick it up you then would hit your head on something or get in contact with the walls.
