My husband and I chose this location due to proximity to the train station. Not only is the hotel clean, has good AC, and well maintained — it’s surprisingly quiet! There are TONS of restaurants around the area, and the train station was maybe a 2 minutes walk. Would highly recommend for anyone who is lugging around luggage and plans on using the trains like we did.

The hotel is in an excellent location, room is clean, you have everything you need there, my only issue was with breakfast, I paid for breakfast when I paid the hotel stay, got to the room there were no breakfast vouchers as it is served at a nearby restaurant. Sent out several messages at night until around 8 morning when we left the hotel, only to be told, the vouchers are hidden under a gray mat inside the safe. Literally wasted money paying for something we didn’t use due to hidden vouchers.

Make sure to contact the hotel before arrival. It took us about 10-15 minutes to figure out how to enter the room, as no one was on site and communication was slow.

Very nice location, room and staff. I was surprised that it wasn’t an actual hotel, rather a floor within a building, so I walked past the entrance several times. I may have missed communication about accessing the property, but staff is only on-site 10a-4:30p, and it’s important to arrive then so you can get inside for the first time. The breakfast was a coupon to visit a nearby cafe that included coffee, juice and a pastry.

I really enjoyed staying with you I thought your property was excellent however I had a hard time finding the building maybe bc lack of communication. In the future you should make it easier for your customers by sending instructions ahead of time thru different means. (WhatsApp, email, text, or Expedia in my case) Maybe you do, but it wasn't the case with me, other than that I thought the staying was very pleasant, your location great and clean. I definitely would recommend your hotel and if I need to go back I'd would stay with you again. 😊

Room for improvement

Location is very good, just a couple of minutes from Milan Centrale. Breakfast at Panzera was spot on and such a nice, old fashioned restaurant. Unfortunately the room itself left a lot to be desired but if they can improve the cleanliness and some of the facilities, it could be very good.

This is not an Hotel. This is a group of rooms on a 4 floor in building that, by the way, the elevator does not work. Rooms are ok, there is no one helping you getting you luggage up to the room. There is no reception or any person to ask anything on the facility and also the 2 floor was burned in a fire on the building. This was a terrible experience will NOT recomend this place at all. Avoid this place. Is a scam.
