It was a floor inside a building, so limited amenities, but the rooms are 5 star standard, clean and comfortable and the staff (Melissa) went above and beyond and explained in details what we could and how to access, she was really helpful. The location is good 18 min walk to center and easy access by metro.

Everything is fine; what is advertised is what you get. What isn't mentioned is that it's not a hotel as such—it's more like an Airbnb. They really should specify this on the website and in their profile. But everything else is perfect.
