Front desk lady was awkward to interact with. She took glee in telling us how “far” we would have to walk to get to the event center, which ended up being about a 2 minute walk… Bed in the room was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, usually hotel beds are pretty nice. Entire place is clean but looks old and needs updating. Plum restaurant had great food, and servers were friendly and excellent. Event center is a giant conference room, even the band we saw joked about it welcoming us to “the meeting”.

I was VERY Disappointed that we did not get to check in to our room until after 9 p.m! Then we had to take a different room that was not acessable like we reserved. My Friend has a prosthetic leg so it made it hard to get into the tub to shower. We asked if we could maybe get 1or 2 free nights for a future stay and was told because i booked through Expedia they couldnt do that.
