Villa Mijas Playa is a stylish and contemporary 4 bedroom property ideally located in the El Faro area of Mijas Costa. You'll be within walking distance to a choice of bars and restaurants, with the bustling resorts of Fuengirola and Cala de Mijas just 10 minutes' drive away. Back at the villa you'll be well equipped for the long sunny days with a private pool, spacious terrace and lawned gardens. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and the main lounge are included.

Villa Mijas Playa is a detached property situated in the El Faro area of Cala Mijas. There are a few bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, and El Charcon Beach can be reached within a 10 minute stroll. The bustling resort of Fuengirola is a 10 minute drive from your villa, with a whole host of bars, restaurants and shops as well as a beautiful sandy beach. 10 minutes' drive in the opposite direction will take you to La Cala de Mijas, with a great choice of dining options and a lovely beach. Further afield, the popular Marbella resort is 30 minutes' away by car. Our villas Mirador El Faro, Torreon Faro and Faro Playa are nearby.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 13:00hrs – 15:00hrs and 18:00hrs – 20:00hrs and 22:30hrs – 08:00hrs. The parasols are available on request.
