UNIQUE & ENORMOUS LUXURIOUS VILLA WITH HEATED POOL, CINEMA/ MEETING ROOM & GYM NEAR THE BEACH



This unique and exquisite 9-bedroom villa is made up of two separate units connected with a large terrace inbetween and accessable from both villas. It has various floors - a semi-basement, ground level, and a large rooftop terrace - with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.



The property is located 1.8 km from the lovely beach stretches of Calahonda/Riviera del Sol.



The owners' decorating talents have transformed this unit into a stunning and inviting space, perfect for a memorable holiday or a successful corporate retreat.



This over 500 m2 building presents numerous open-plan lounges, two fully-equipped kitchens, two guest bathrooms, one private (heated*) pool, and two laundry rooms outfitted with a washing machine and clothes dryer.



All nine bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms are provided with floor heating, Nine bathrooms have a shower, sink, and toilet. One bathroom has an additional bathtub.



There are:

Four bedrooms with double beds of 1.60x2.00.

Two bedrooms with double beds of 1.80x2.00.

Three bedrooms with two single beds each of 80x2.00 which are joined together to become a double bed.

Ensure to contact us if you wish to have the single beds separated.



Most bedrooms provide a semi-private outdoor space, a flat-screen TV, for you to watch your preferred programs by private login, and 4 bedrooms have a Nespresso coffee machine, except from the ones provided in the 2 kitchens



The owner has provided a gym with state-of-the-art equipment for athletic visitors.

BUSINESS ARRANGEMENTS



This property is perfectly suited for company retreats, executive meetings, and team gatherings. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and make use of the conference room with a large-screen TV for presentations and meetings.



Optional Catering: Catering can be arranged upon request through our preferred external catering partner. Advance booking is required at least one month before arrival and is subject to availability.

Stunning property and great management team

Can't say enough nice things about the property (6 out of 5 stars, if that were possible) and the professionalism and hospitality of the property manager, Marika. The online pictures actually don't do the place justice, it's even more stunning in person. And Marika was exceptional, always available and ready to help. I highly recommend this place!

Fabulous family gathering

We chose this property as we knew the area well and needed a large place to accommodate 15 family members celebrating my wife and my 70th birthdays.
