Comfortable and bright ground-floor apartment in Riviera del Sol with 2 bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary utensils, crockery and appliances, such as an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sleeping area offers two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a double bed. Aditionally it has a sofa bed in the living room. It has 2 full bathrooms. The apartment is non-smoking and features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine for your convenience.

The house is at your complete disposal, and we've put care into every detail to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city.

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The Neighborhood:

Riviera del Sol is known as a calm and residential area rather than a busy tourist party district. It has its own sandy beach with calm water, and the Senda Litoral where you can have a promenade next to the sea.

There are golf courses (like Miraflores), sports clubs, tennis facilities and parks — so it’s great for active outdoor lifestyles.

Riviera del Sol sits between Fuengirola and Marbella, with easy road access to both and quick drives to larger centres, beaches, shops, and services.

Proximity to Malaga Airport: Malaga Airport is about 30 minutes by car, making arrivals and departures convenient.

Bus

You can use local interurban buses to reach or travel around Riviera del Sol. Several bus lines pass nearby and connect to Fuengirola and other towns:
M-220 – frequent service between Fuengirola and Marbella, with stops near Riviera del Sol.
M-119 – also serves the area from Fuengirola and nearby spots.
L-313 / L-302 – additional lines that sometimes run nearby.

There are bus stops like Riviera del Sol and Las Postas within walking distance of Calle Aries.

Use apps like Moovit or Google Maps to see exact routes, stop names, real-time schedules, and walking directions to your bus stop—very handy for planning each trip.


🚆 Train + Bus (from Málaga or Nearby Cities)

There’s no train station directly in Riviera del Sol, but you can travel by train to Fuengirola on the C1 Cercanías line (from Malaga, airport or other stops) and then take a bus (e.g., M-220) to Riviera del Sol.


🚗 Taxi or Ride-hailing


Taxis and ride-hailing services (Uber/Bolt, etc.) work in this area. A taxi from Málaga city or Málaga airport to Riviera del Sol takes about 30–40 minutes by car (≈ 42 km).

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25 years old (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.

- We have pool towels available. Please inquire about our rates.

- You may need to collect the keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival. Final details will be provided the day before arrival, as this depends on the circumstances.
