Spacious 3 bedroom townhouse perfectly located just 3 minutes walk to La Cala town centre with all amenities, bars and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to beautiful beaches, promenade, kids play area and famous Olivia's restaurant. Big supermarket Mercadona just across the road. This lovely townhouse is arranged over 2 floors and has a roof terrace with fantastic views over the sea and the beach, BBQ and bar table.

The house situated in the residential complex Araijanal that offers a great communal swimming pool and child's pool. The house is walking distance to all amenities as its located right beside the La Cala village so you literally have everything on your doorstep. Only a minute walk to the big supermarket Mercadona that always stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and seafood, fresh bread and bakery. The house is nicely decorated and consists of a good sized lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, utility room with washing machine, and WC. The lounge area leads out onto a sunny patio where you can enjoy your breakfast or family dinner. On the upper floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Up another flight of stairs and you have a large solarium with BBQ and stunning sea views to one side and mountain views to the other.



This house is perfectly centrally located, no car is needed. And suited to families with children as well as for group of friends or the guests who may enjoy golf.
