The location is incredible - just a few steps from the beach! You can also walk to several restaurants/bars, and there are countless more bars, activities and shopping options within a 3+ minute drive, including the town of La Cala and also Fuengirola.

The villa sleeps 11 guests (extra beds potentially available, please inquire). There are 6 bedrooms, configured as follows:

UPSTAIRS
2 x large double bedroom suites (160cm bed, ensuite bathroom and mirrored wardrobe/dressing area )
1 bedroom with 2 x single beds
1 smaller bedroom with 1 x single bed

DOWNSTAIRS:
2 x large double bedroom suites (160cm bed, ensuite bathrooms, floor to ceiling windows & pool views)
Upstairs there is also a large roof terrace, with sea views, overlooking the pool & additional sun-loungers / seating.

Downstairs the stunning living area has floor to ceiling windows and a balcony style upper floor, overlooking the sofas and fireplace.
You can log into the TV with your accounts for Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc.

It leads out to the terrace & pool area, with a gas BBQ and seating for up to 12 people.

The pool exceptionally large compared to most villas (14.5x4.5m)
In winter it is heated so you can swim all year round.

Alongside the pool is a spacious sun deck with sunloungers and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the sunshine all year round in this part of Spain, which enjoys 320 sunshine each year!

The designer kitchen is fully equipped with a large full length fridge & full length freezer, dishwasher and all the appliances you might need, making it easy to cook from home if you choose. We provide basic condiments and tea/coffee to ensure you have a great stay.

Parking for several cars, high speed WiFi, secure electric gates and an additional, large outside space with table tennis complete the property.
