From the private garden terrace, you will have direct access to one of the two communal pools, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun On the ground floor, the bright living-dining room opens onto the tranquil garden, ideal for family meals or moments of rest. The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators and coffee maker In addition, it has a toilet for greater comfort.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that guarantee privacy and comfort. The master bedroom features a double bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds, both with spacious views and storage space.
