The hotel was very clean, pretty modern looking, but not sure if it’s a new hotel, but there was a smell of “construction.” Having renovated houses, the smell in the hallway/room/stairwell is what that reminded me of. Otherwise, the hotel room was spacious and clean. I do wish there was a holder for a hand towel in the sink/vanity area. The staff was great, and they had our luggages delivered from the airport already in our room when we checked in. In fairness, this area of Japan is remote and a car is needed to get around, but there is a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel is well located near the main road, so pretty accessible if you arive by car. The train station is also not far. The facility is well maintained, room condition good, and the staff friendly. Highly recommended.

近くにレストランはあまりなかったけれど、スーパーが歩いて行ける所にあったので、便利でした。 お茶やコーヒーの他に即席味噌汁があったり、美味しいパンやスープを購入してホテルで食べる事もできました。 部屋にもテーブルとソファー、椅子があって 部屋で食事をするのに便利でした。

Supertrevligt hotell med perfekt läge om man har bil och vill utforska kring Kumano kodo. Personalen var supertrevliga och rummen var verkligen bekväma, rena och mysiga. Vi trivdes så bra under dagarna vi bodde här och så bra att man kan ta kaffe på hotellet! Bra med stor parkering och möjlighet till att tvätta och köpa snacks på hotellet. Skulle verkligen rekommendera detta hotell!
