Quaint old timey European hotel. Nice setting. Kind of wooded. You dont realize your even close to airport. Quiet setting with nice staff. Very low key.

Close to the airport, that's it.

The hotel was conveniently located by the airport, but the rooms were not very clean with stains on the furniture and dust (?) collected in the corners. I also saw a small bug crawling in the cheese at the breakfast buffet.

Relaxing stay

Although not a contemporary hotel, it is maintained to a high standard, the room was spotlessly clean, the food of exceptional quality, and both food and drinks reasonably priced. All staff were courteous, and exceptionally willing to help. The WiFi was fast, and simple to access. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Poor Customer Service

I booked this hotel for my friend and her son who were travelling from Tenerife back to Ukraine. As instructed, I telephoned the hotel prior to arrival (I also sent a message via Facebook) and arranged airport transfer (their flight was arriving around midnight). The girl I spoke to did not speak great English but I supplied all the detail required. However, no airport transport was arranged and my friend and her son were forced to make their own arrangements - this was most disappointing. Also, with my previous bookings through Expedia, the hotel cost has always been automatically taken from my card on arrival. This was not the case this time and my friend had to pay at the hotel. Overall a very disappointing experience !!!

Good place if you have a early flight

I stayed at the hotel for less than 8 hours since I was catching an early morning flight. The room was typical, but the bathroom had been renovated. Wifi was good, noise level was not bad from outside, but there were some noisy guests in adjacent rooms. The hotel shuttle was available even at 4:30a. It's a short, ~5 minute ride to the airport. There are several other hotels adjacent, but nothing else in terms of dining.

Great Value!

The hotel receptionist was wonderful and kind. She was very nice and helped us organize the shuttle in the morning to the airport.
