Einmal und nie wieder

Wir sind mit den höchsten Erwartungen dorthin gefahren. Es sollte ein schöner Urlaub mit Eltern,Kindern und Enkelkindern sowie einen kleinen Hund werden. Es fing schon bei der Anreise gut an, als wir unsere Tür von innen zugemacht haben fiel der Türgriff ab und wir kamen nicht mehr raus. Es war tagsüber sehr warm im Haus, lüften war fast unmöglich ( nur nachts)weil von früh bis mittags die Sonne an die Scheiben prallte.Keine Rollos nur dünner Stoff, der zu klein und zu kurz war. Das Dachfenster hatte überhaupt keine Verdunkelung, da prallte die Sonne den ganzen Tag rein und heizte die obere Etage so richtig auf. Wir bekamen Bettwäsche, ein Bettlaken davon hatte mehrere rote Flecken….außerdem waren sie teilweise zu kurz. Ein richtiges Doppelbett gab es auch nicht, nur Einzelliegen die sehr unbequem waren. Für 7 Personen hatten wir 2 Tassen und 6 Teegläser, 2 Töpfe ohne Deckel, kochen konnte man auf zwei Kochplatten. Das Besteck war in einem Behälter, wenn man diesen angefasst hat ist alles herausgefallen. Kein Flaschenöffner, Korkenzieher, Schälmesser, Schneidemesser,Kelle, und vieles mehr, es fehlte einfach an allem. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag erst einmal los und uns Tassen, Messer,Schälmesser und mehrere Sachen kaufen damit wir dort überhaupt etwas machen konnten. Außerdem gab es in der Kochnische nur eine Steckdose, man konnte nicht mehreres gleichzeitig benutzen. Die Kühlschranktür ging nicht richtig zu, Sitzmöglichkeiten gab es vier Holzhocker und zwei Ikea Sessel sowie eine Couch die wir als Schlafmöglichkeit nutzen mussten.Im Bad war die Dusche kaputt ,die wir provisorisch geflickt haben, weil die Tür nicht richtig zu gehalten hat und das ganze Wasser aus der Dusche gelaufen ist. Außerdem alles verkeimt und verschmutzt auch Spinnweben waren zu sehen, an solchen Stellen wo man nicht so einfach dran kommt und eine Leiter nehmen müsste. Auf der Terrasse hatten wir einen Plastiktisch mit vier Stühlen die restlichen haben wir von den anderen Bungalows geholt , damit man wenigstens am Abend dort zusammen sitzen konnte. Diese Stühle waren auch teilweise gerissen. Ein Sonnenschirm für jeden Bungalow wäre auch nicht schlecht weil man von früh bis mittags dort nur in der Sonne sitzt, ohne Schatten zu haben. Am liebsten wären wir bei der Ankunft schon wieder abgereist, wir hatten aber schon alles bezahlt und eine Summe für die man doch etwas anderes erwarten darf. Am Ende wollte man sogar noch Stromkosten von uns, was wir aber abgewiesen haben.
