Unfortunately we could not get any communication back from the property managers. When we arrived the amenity keys didnt work along with the fireplace in the room. The room itself had a terrible urine type smell we couldnt get rid of even with doors open to air out the room. There was also not enough bedding for the pullout sofa. Hotel itself was great- room not so much.

The property was nice - the bedposts were broken and definitely some wear on the furniture ( note to people planning on staying- they don't provide powdered creamer for the two Keurig pods of coffee allotted also no salt and pepper), check in was easy. The fireplace did not work- this was especially disappointing. The property manager did not respond to text messages and the first phone call I made he assured me it would be fixed. No one showed up to fix it, and he did not answer later communications about the fireplace. Also our passes did not work at the pool. Luckily another family let us in to the pool. Otherwise it was nice and a comfortable fit for our family of 4.
