The overall stay was great. The room rate was great, however combined with Zermatt resort fee and Expedia fee negated any savings. Cold water in bathroom sink didn't work, everything else was great.

We did not realize that this room was independently owned and not actually owned by the hotel. We could communicate with the owners through text or phone but text was listed as the preferred communication form. Owners did take awhile to respond which was frustrating when trying to request a late checkout. Other small things were left out of the room such as a box of tissues and no liner for the ice bucket. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the bathroom sink didn't work. Seeing as there was a small sink in the kitchenette, we just used that instead of the bathroom sink. Overall it was clean but just not well maintained.
