Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We`re thrilled to host you at this beautiful suite in the heart of Downtown Midlothian. Below you`ll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Standard check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
We are not able to accommodate same day check ins after 10 PM.
• Early check-in (before 3:00 PM): Available for a $30 fee, subject to availability — please contact us in advance to arrange
• Late check-in (after 10:30 PM): Incurs a $30 fee — please notify us ahead of arrival. Please notify us if checking in after 1030 PM at least 8 hours in advance. We want to make sure you are able to access building and suite.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM. Please be out by this time so we can prepare for incoming guests.
PARKING
• You may park anywhere you`d like. There are two entrances to the building—one off Main Street and one off W Ave F near the hair salon. Most guests find the W Ave F entrance to be the most convenient since it`s closest to the parking lot.
BUILDING ACCESS
• You will receive your door code prior to arrival via message. Please do not share this code with anyone.
• The building entrances are located on the sides of the building, not the front. After 9:00 PM, the exterior doors lock, and you’ll need to enter the last 4 digits of your phone number to access the building.
WIFI
• WiFi network and password will be sent to you before check-in via your booking platform message.
APPLIANCES
• The suite is equipped with Coffee Maker and Cooler.
• Please treat all appliances with care.
• Do not leave food out — this helps us maintain a clean, pest-free environment.
TRASH & RECYCLING
• Please place trash in the designated bins. Ask your host for the location of the nearest trash and recycling areas.
• Dispose of all food and waste before checkout.
NOISE & NEIGHBORS
• Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighboring guests and residents.
• No loud music, parties, gatherings, or disruptive behavior at any time.
• Violations of quiet hour policies may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
SMOKING
• This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the suite and in all common areas.
• A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.
PARTIES & EVENTS
• Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. The suite is for the registered guests only.
• Unauthorized guests are not permitted to stay overnight.
PETS
• Pets are not permitted in this suite unless pre-approved in writing by the host. Unauthorized pets will result in $500 additional fee.
DAMAGE & REPORTING
• Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately — we understand accidents happen and will work with you.
• Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
CHECKOUT CHECKLIST
• Lock all doors and windows before leaving
• Turn off all lights, fans, and set thermostat to 72 degrees
• Place used towels in the bathroom
• Remove all personal belongings

• For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
• For property-related issues, contact your host directly via your booking platform.
