I arrived very late for check in. The person working the front desk was sleeping on the couch. After I woke him, he told me I did not have a reservation. He sent me to a different hotel. They sent me back to the original hotel(your hotel). Then the guy at the front desk found my reservation. I was in town for a funeral. This was unacceptable.

The staff at the front desk (Brenda & her manager) get five gold stars. They are super friendly, helpful and efficient! The best I have come across in a long time. The room was clean...I would not say spotless, but part of that was the carpet was torn and very worn. The bathroom could use a remodel, but linens were clean, although yellowed. Overall, it met our needs for 1 night.

Hotel was clean, but it didn't seem like a true Wyndham Garden hotel. The decor was dated and the side entrance we went in had a odd, musty smell. Water pressure in was horrible. But overall, hotel was clean and check in was smooth. Every employee we saw was kind and helpful.

I realize that breakfast is complimentary. But I feel like it should at least be edible. The girl that makes the food was rude. Eggs were burned, the biscuits were hard as a rock. All the other staff were wonderful. and the room itself was also great.
