The staff was wonderful! Jaymee greeted us upon arrival and was super friendly and helpful. Everyone who worked at the desk during our stay and every person working in the halls, etc, were friendly and courteous. You couldn't ask for a better staff! The room was nice and clean. I don't like that the sink is in the bathroom with the shower and toilet because it's hard for more than one person to get ready at a time. Also, the lighting is horrible in the room and in the bathroom. The hair dryer provided is very poor quality, so take your own! The hallways elevators are very very hot, but the ac in the room was good. It wasn't clear to me where I reserved online that there is a charge for parking, so be aware of that!! Overall, I am satisfied. I will likely not stay again unless I'm by myself, but it's not a bad place to stay.

Great stay!

Everything was great. I've stayed here several times. I love the kitchens inside the rooms. The only thing that could stand an upgrade is the mattresses. They are the old spring style that are hard on the body. Otherwise it's a super place! Pool is nice, breakfast is always good and the staff is friendly, especially Ms. Alma!

Unintentional staycation

My family and I had to evacuate our house here in town due to a Hazmat situation. We booked on the fly, and it ended up that our room had already been booked, but the front desk woman found us a room that would work for our family. Everybody we had contact with during our stay was so so nice and friendly. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, it was a really nice home away from home for a few days. We would definitely choose TownePlace suites again.
