Our stay was great feom the beginning walking into the lobby, seeing our room after a quickncheck-in, nice decorations in our room, comfortable bed. Great weight room amd nice pool too. Breakfast had a awesome spread.

The hotel was fine the last time I was there in early July, staying on the 4th floor. But this time, we were on the 2nd. There were stains everywhere on the hallway carpet, and we found baby cockroaches in our room. There was also a very large cockroach on the first floor that someone steeped on and killed. It was just left there, instead of being removed and when we exited the elevator, it was right there. We won't be back to this property.

Hotel Managment too cheap to Air Condition hallways. Room air conditioner did not cool and made lots of noise. Front desk said they would look into and or advise if needed to change rooms by a phone call or text. Never heard from them, arrive back at Hotel 10PM and had to change rooms. New room not much better. Wil NOT be staying at that facility again......

The air conditioning system is not good in the rooms! No bags in the pet area to pick up poop! I had to go to the front desk to get a bag! They knew they were out and never put more bags out! The property was not maintained and because of no poop bags there was poop that needed to be picked up!

It is an Americanized Mumbai hotel. “Queen sized beds” are actually full sized beds. They don’t run the AC through the hallway so it’s hot as hell. Stuff not working everywhere such as elevator buttons, certain buttons on the tv remote, and most everything looks to have been damaged at some point and just painted over. Hard to believe they charge that much for a night in this dump.

Very long check-in process. Cannot charge anything to the room without it being “another long process” by their own admission. There was barely any toilet paper in the bathroom and the phone in the room did not work, which forced a trip to the lobby. When there, I reported that the deadbolt in the door did not work and they explained why, which means they knew and still assigned the room (this is a safety concern). The hotel in general is very dirty (floors by the lobby, carpet in the room, curtains in the room, etc).
