The room was clean, and the staff was nice. Breakfast was acceptable. Unfortunately, the hot water took about 10 minutes to warm up. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a pool and hot tub. However, the pool was freezing, and the hot tub was dirty and cold. When we arrived, we asked the front desk if the pool was open and were told yes, but we were not informed that both the pool and hot tub were not properly heated. Due to these issues, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom was very clean, spotless even, so that was nice but everything else was quite dirty, especially in the common areas of the hotel - the gym was gross and hallway floors were very dirty. Sadly the pool was closed so we didn’t even get to try it, which sucked because we specifically chose this hotel (at a higher price point I might add) for the pool. But if it was as dirty as the rest of the building then it’s probably for the best anyways. My daughter and I missed out on breakfast but my husband and son said it was better than some other hotels we stayed at this week, on our road trip through the states. The later checkout time is nice but kind of pointless if breakfast still closes at 9 and pool isn’t even available.
