The are walking distance to two of the Newport/ Middletown area beaches. A short Uber to downtown Newport, The Newport Polo Grounds, Newport and Portsmouth Vineyards, Wedding Venues in Newport, Middletown and Portsmouth. Under new management and ownership AMPM Property Management looks forward to hosting your stay.

Perfect

We loved the property. We had three couples including ourselves so everyone had their own space with a beautiful backyard area for all to gather, as well. Lovely time was had by all.
