This was one of the best rooms and hotels I have stayed at over the years. And for the price , you can't beat it. Appliances are all up to date, clean and perfect. They even supplied dish liquid to wash my own dishes if I needed to reuse them . Towels, cups and coffee we easily accessible. Staff was really nice and made my staff feel so wonderful on my Birthday weekend. Thanka to all the staff I interacted with who helped me in anyway, thanks for taking pride in your job and rooms and thanks for having me

We liked our check in experience, our room, and the breakfast. I suggest avoiding rooms near the laundry. What must have been the staff were slamming doors in the early mornings as the came and went from the laundry. It was disturbing and inconsistent with a business selling their customers a night’s rest.

This is absolutely a budget hotel, but that isn't a bad thing! The property was quiet, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was provided in the lobby and had plenty of options. I didn't end up using the kitchenette beyond the refrigerator and coffee maker, but it was great to have the option to cook if needed. Overall, I will stay here again.

For the price, this was a nice place to stay for 1 night in southeastern Kentucky. My room was spacious, clean, and I liked the breakfast buffet. It isn't the Ritz, but for a 1 night stopover, it worked great! The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly too.

It was time to stop and came across this place on Expedia so decided to book a room. Check in location is not in the same building so had to locate it to get checked in. Lady was very friendly checking us in. We were on 2nd floor. The elevator was old and dirty. Our room was ok. Bathroom was clean and bed was clean. It’s a very dated place. The outside needs a great deal of work to make it more attractive. You can tell the outside is way behind in needing updating. Breakfast was very limited items on menu. We left and went somewhere else to eat. My advice… stay somewhere else unless you are in a pinch and no other place there is available. I’m sure we won’t be returning.

The evening receptionist April was very friendly and helpful. The Suburban Suites side of the aged and partially renovated building are intended as long stays but because we only need one bed, we were put in Suburban Suites. The other side is EconoLodge and usually short stays. The room was clean but the hard floors had crumbs or something else on them. The room had a slight smell of old to it but it was clean. The bed was the worst part of the stay. My husband and I had rough time sleeping. It sagged on his side while it was so hard on my side that I couldn't get comfortable. Also the AC/heater unit was so loud turning on and off that it kept waking me up. We wanted to give this place a chance, but we will stay elsewhere in the future. If all you need is clean enough, and comfortable is not high on your priorities, this place will do you.

This property is no-frills, but one of the CLEANEST places we have ever stayed. While it has a small kitchenette, there are no cooking utensils, mugs, silverware, etc. If someone wants to make use of these facilities, they must bring their own cooking equipment. The staff is very nice and helpful. All we required was a clean, safe place to sleep, and this fit what we wanted.
