Bathroom was not very clean, shower and curtain were dirty. Fire alarm went off from the steam in the shower, we silenced it and then tried to talk to the front desk, he did not care. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 830.

I would have rated the property much higher if it had not been for HVAC system in the two rooms I reserved over a three week period. Both times the heating system was in failure. First time the remote t-stat was non-functional. Okay, so I controlled the unit through the on-board controller. I do HVAC so no big deal. It might have been for someone else. Second stay the unit is in error. No heat. I reset the unit several times for it to only kick out. Now I could go into detail on what I think the problem is, but I won't. Your Welcome. The HVAC company needs to do a better job of maintaining your system for the guest. Two rooms, two failures. On a bright note, the room was nice, clean, and the breakfast was great. I'm going to stay there again because my son lives 7 minutes from the hotel. But the next time if the heat doesn't work properly I'm not just going to grin and bear it. Robert Clark State of Vermont
