First night it was freezing I had to ask for more blankets! Room floors didn't look clean and the couch look like it had black lint on it

The staff was fine. The bathroom floor was dirty in the corners. Breakfast was adequate (waffles, bagel, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, toast, a few pastries) but not much for a diabetic or prediabetic. All the cold cereals were sugared. Would suggest some Cheerios or non-sweetened packets of instant oatmeal.

Heat wasn't on when I got to my room on a 12 degree day. Took a long time to warm up. Shower drain was clogged and there was neither soap nor shampoo in their respective containers, which I discovered after getting in the shower.

Room was average. Breakfast was spars, police making arrests in the room next to us. I guess that was entertainment at 12am. Elevator worked on the way down, not on the way up. Staff were friendly.
