Bandera Suite - The Walpole Lodge, Mico, TX

Our most-booked room sits on the top floor of the Lodge, under real log beams. An extended queen and a queen bed in the suite, plus a loft with a double futon and toddler bed — room for four, with the deep quiet the top floor gets. Your own full bath, your own climate controls, and the run of the shared spaces: wrap-around decks, the kitchen, the game room with its re-felted pool table. The peacocks start at six. We serve a complimentary continental breakfast at your leisure, and we're live-in hosts — knock if you need anything. Fifteen minutes from Bandera, forty from San Antonio, with a view of Medina Lake from the ridge. Check-in after 3 pm, check-out before 11 am. Note: you're booking one private room, not the whole Lodge — but the porch is yours either way.

There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer.
