Nestled in the peaceful village of Michamvi, in the southeast of the island, it is located on a 4000 m² estate, shared with a twin villa. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden and with a large swimming pool, it offers an ideal setting to recharge your batteries under the Zanzibar sun. AIKA House combines Afro-contemporary style and modern comfort. Spacious, bright and fully equipped, it offers high ceilings, direct access to the tropical garden and the swimming pool. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. Our team is available to make your stay unforgettable. The villa is located on the southeast coast of Zanzibar, in the village of Michamvi. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away, right in front of the villa. It is a large, quiet and uncrowded beach, ideal for relaxing in peace. Two guard dogs live on the site, in their own dedicated area. They discreetly ensure the safety of the premises and are used to the presence of visitors. The pool and garden of the complex are shared with the occupants of the twin villa, located on the same property. Staff available 7 days a week for your daily needs. The assistant manager will be present on site to welcome you warmly, accompany you during your installation and answer any questions you may have. The caretakers will also be available to lend you a hand and ensure that your arrival takes place in the best conditions. Located 10 minutes from the main road, the property is in a quiet and secure area, with free private parking on site.
