The sofa folds into a full-size double bed, providing extra sleeping arrangements, while the 50-inch Smart TV ensures easy access to entertainment. Warm, modern décor and natural touches create a comfortable setting for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the city.

Dining Area:
The dining area provides a cozy setting for shared meals and meaningful moments, with seating for four that makes every gathering feel special. Its warm and inviting atmosphere enhances your stay and creates the perfect place to connect.

Kitchen:

Bedroom (Ocean view):

ⓘ Guest Policy:
The unit accommodates up to 3 guests and includes all essentials for a short-term stay. For additional personal items, nearby shops and supermarkets are available. Wristbands provided by the resort must be worn by all guests when using resort amenities. No parties or unregistered guests allowed.

Check-In Method:
You will check in with the hotel receptionist. Three days prior to your arrival, you’ll receive all information how to access the property.

Additional Fees you will be charged at Check-In:
• Security deposit: $250 (will be refund after check-out and arrive to your bank within 7 days depending on your bank)
• Resort Fee: $40 + tax per night (all guests)
• Credit card and ID must match the reservation or accompanying guest
• All guests are required to sign a check-in form upon arrival.
• For stays over 30 days, please contact the resort for current rates, fees, and amenity details.

Due to the tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. The unit is professionally treated by monthly pest-control services. Keeping doors closed helps minimize exposure.
