Room was nice and spacious. Amazing view and location. The room didn’t have shampoo, body wash or extra toilet paper so we had to get all of that. The check-in process is a bit inconvenient. Other than that I’d stay here again

The pools and grounds were great, the check in was terrible. The host never sent an email 24 hrs prior to know check in details, employees were not helpful and no one could help with the tides portal to know how to use it. The apt looked clean but the floors made the bottom of our feet black. There were 3! Issues in the bathroom and for having beach chairs and stuff the unit didn’t have a hair dryer. Check out was way too early and the complex couldn’t accommodate keeping our luggage anywhere to be able to use the pool area until time to go to the airport for us without a vehicle. Key fobs should bel less expensive and was never given a bracelet to hook it to. No security to report our door being open after we shut and locked it. Good location but too may difficulties. Renters should be able to be in contact with the host.

I think I was a little disappointed. My arrival time at the complex was 5:15 PM, and the check-in officers had already left. We were able to enter our room late, without doing a normal check-in. When I arrived at the office for normal check-in at 10:30 AM the next day, I was met with a long line of about 15 people waiting for the same process. After about 45 minutes, check-in was completed, and they sold me a digital key for $30 to use the elevator and open the security gates. I learned there that this money would not be refunded upon return of the key. The bedroom windows in my room were high up and fixed in place, preventing them from being opened. There was no fresh air in my room at night. I should also mention that I waited about 10-15 minutes for the elevator during rush hour and eventually had to walk.

The check-in process was terrible (long, poorly explained). The unit had numerous things that were broken. The toilet you had to flush by lifting the lid and pulling on the float. The paint was chipped on most of the furniture. The place was dirty and the corners were full of grime. I called the number for help with the internet and they never called back. Overall the place might have been nice 20 years ago, but a lack of maintenance has turned it into a dump.
Had to keep the lid off in order to manually refill the toilet
Walls need a paint job.
Maybe clean the years of finger marks off of the door
Not the same view as on the expedia website

Rooms are very clean. Bathroom shower is very outdated. Scalding hot water comes out as knobs don't properly channel the right amount of hot water. Care needs to be paid for those with younger kids/pre-teens. Turning on AC in the unit caused water dripping in the Bedroom closet area. Luckily we didn't have suitcases in there. Few garments got wet but dried them out quickly. Overall liked for Cleanliness, Staff friendliness and Location.

A la hora de uno sacar la reserva deben ser mas explicitos con las caracteristicas del lugar, pues me llevé muchas sospresas desagradable, solo por enumerar una, los ascensores son todo un reto acceder a ellos por un flujo de personas y cargas por lo menos para mi nunca antes visto, no cuenta con prácticamente ningun servicio g a gastronómico, etc....
