Ate breakfast at hotel twice. Both times very good food and service. Coffee and fresh-squeezed orange juice definitely a highlight. However, the hotel and accommodations were not as nice. Elevator outages 2 of 4 nights there. Room interiors not up to par at all. Shower leaks all over bathoom floor. When air conditioner comes on it somehow would turn the bathroom light on which stayed on for about 15 minutes. Not good for sleeping. Bed was a rock hard memory foam mattress that induced back aches. Pillows not any better. Only staff available were the concierge guys who were always helpful and attentive. Honestly won't stay there again or 'highly recommend' to anyone else.

We loved it! Location is excellent right across from beach and so many nice restaurants. Having the chairs and umbrellas set up at beach was fantastic. (That is part of the amenity fee) The rooms were nice and comfortable and loved having a balcony. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

After an extremely delayed flight, we arrived to the hotel after midnight. Earlier in the day, I had reached out to The Local House, and they made sure that we would be able to enter the building and access our room. Much appreciated! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The Local House was walking distance to the beach, and many other attractions. Also, the food was delicious. I would book a stay here again.

Everything at the Local House was great. The staff was amazing, the food, the location and the comfort to arrive at the beach with the chairs and umbrella included was priceless. We love going to the Local House every time we had a trip to Miami.

Fantastic small hotel. The staff were all attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable The restraunt serves Brunch (8am to 4pm) i had the opportunity to eat there twice and thoroughly enjoyed both meals. Room Service and Service at the rooftop pool is also available..
