The Space:

Start your beach day effortlessly with a complimentary shuttle to Hallandale Beach, where two beach chairs await you. For those who want to explore, bike rentals are available to discover the vibrant local area at your own pace. Inside, the spacious living room offers a comfortable sitting area and a TV for your entertainment. The modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, makes it easy to prepare your favorite meals, while the dining area is perfect for family meals or gathering with friends.



The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a closet.



The guest bedroom features a queen size bed + a sofa bed, an ensuite bathroom, a closet and a little coffee station.

Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform.

These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.



Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or

charges incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes



A $75 authorization hold will be placed for minibar usage.



Package Handling:

• $5 per package plus applicable taxes

• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
