Family trip to UM graduation

The manager was very responsive via text which we appreciated but the property overall was a little disappointing. The layout of the 3 houses worked great for our group but they really need more supplies. There were only a few garbage bags, a couple dishwasher tabs, no extra toilet paper, etc. The umbrella outside at the seating area was broken. There are termites and we literally had bugs failing and crawling on us in the middle of the night so they need to exterminate. When we got there, the keys were not where they were supposed to be and the wifi instructions are wrong. In the master bathroom, there isnt even a plug in. Again, the host was very nice and responsive but it just wasn't as as acceptable as other VRBO's ive stayed at
