Other things to notice

- If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. The cost is $35 per day and will be invoiced separately. We kindly request at least one week`s notice.
- Following rainfall, debris may wash into the pool, which can temporarily affect the water`s appearance. The pool is cleaned on the day of check-in. As it is an outdoor amenity, its condition may vary due to weather, leaves, insects, and other natural elements. We cannot guarantee its appearance throughout your stay. As this is a self-catering property, there is no on-site pool attendant for ongoing cleaning. However, a leaf skimmer is available for guest use. Additional pool cleanings may be scheduled upon request for $100 per service.
- As this is a self-catering home, we do not replenish supplies during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with starter amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and 3 rolls of toilet paper. The kitchen is stocked with one roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. The coffee maker accommodates both coffee beans and ground coffee.
- If anything is missing upon arrival, please let us know immediately so we can arrange a restock.

Property Security Notice:
Please note that there are outdoor security cameras installed. These cameras are strictly on the exterior and do not view any interior spaces:

* Front Yard: 2 cameras facing the front yard.
* Side Yards: 2 cameras (one on each side of the property).
* Backyard: 1 camera facing the backyard area. (Please note: The outdoor shower is completely out of the camera`s view/field of vision to ensure your privacy).

A security deposit of $2,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the property after check-out.

Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!

If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host, including service and emotional support animals, is REQUIRED. A pet fee of $200/pet will be applied. It`s important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly.

Our grills and fire pit use propane, please be advised that propane is provided by the guests.

Pull the pergola chairs in when not in use to protect the cushions.

There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.

We can accommodate a maximum of 23 guests at any given time. It`s for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)

Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed.

No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Number of vehicles on property should never exceed 7 per reservation. Up to 5 cars may park in the driveway. NO Parking on the pickleball court. Violation will incur $1000 repainting fee.

Shoes should be removed indoors, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests.

Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. Leaves might fall into the pool at anytime. during mango season (May and June), mangos may fall on the grass and could roll into the pool. These are all nature of an outdoor space. Feel free to enjoy the mangos.

Lawn maintenance is scheduled once a week usually on Thursday. Schedule may change due to weather condition. We do not give advance notice. If you do not want to have the lawn serviced during your stay, please let us know in advance.

No fireworks of any kind.

No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Trash (green bin) pick up are Monday and Thursday. Recycle (blue bin) pick up is every other Monday. If you are staying the night before the pick up date, you MUST bring the trash out to the curb for the city to pick up.

We have two large green bins for regular trash and one blue bin for recycling available for guest use. If your stay includes a Monday or Thursday, please take the green bins out so they can be emptied on collection day.

Upon checkout, the only trash that may be left on the property must fit inside the two green bins and the one blue recycling bin. Any excess trash that does not fit inside these bins will require additional removal, and an extra trash-disposal fee may be charged.

Report damages immediately.

We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines of $1000 if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
