It wasnt horrible, it wasnt great. It is in the middle of everything. So you have a bunch shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is also right across the street so thats not bad. There is a little kitchenette with a cooking surface and a fridge. All in all for what we paid for a few nights it was ok. Check in is at 4 dont expect early check ins. Shower heads leave something to be desired. And although not the fault of the establishment, our neighbors were slamming the door shut on our first night there until like 3am so that was annoying, but again thats not really the fault of the place. The staff was friendly enough. If you’re looking for a cheaper option that is in the heart of the place and you dont mind sacrificing a little luxury its a fine place to stay.

The property and the room were both pretty outdated. You can tell they did put a little bit of effort into a renovation to make it look more updated and modern, but it really was just putting cosmetic touches. What stands out about this place is definitely the location. It is right across a street from Miami Beach and located on a street that has some decent places to eat just to the right of it. There was a pizza place called Blossom that was absolutely amazing a sandwich spot and a couple different places.

Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent hotel booking made through Expedia. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and did not match what was advertised or requested at the time of booking. First, I specifically booked a room in a particular building; however, upon arrival, I was placed in an entirely different building without any prior notice or consent. This building did not meet my needs and was not what I had reserved. Additionally, I informed the hotel staff upfront that I suffer from leg pain and cannot climb many stairs. I clearly requested a room on a lower floor or in a building with an elevator. Despite this, I was assigned a room on the third floor in a building with no elevator, which caused significant physical discomfort and hardship. The condition of the room itself was unacceptable. The room was very dirty upon arrival, and there were visible bugs in and around the room, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The sofa in the room was also broken and unusable. Furthermore, the room was missing an extra comforter that should have been provided. We repeatedly asked the staff for it and were assured multiple times that it would be delivered, but it was never provided during our stay. The ac also was not working the whole time. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ITS IS HORRIBLE!
