Valet team very rude, our second night they just refused to park our car because it was a Tesla and did not have a a key, that was our second night, the night team, we park when we arrived and got out several times before they randomly refused to park our car, it was midnight and I have my three little kids with me, the front desk said it they couldn’t help, mind you, we book the place with parking included. It was very disappointing and frustrating. But I like the room

The check in and out process was long due to only having 2 people at the table and this might be due to the construction. There was no air conditioning in that area (also might be due to the construction). Valet parking took at least 20 minutes to get your car. I contacted the host about how to get more beach towels as there was only 3 for a 5 person room and also contacted them about getting dry towels and they never responded to either question. The pool area was nice!! The gym was very nice with a variety of workout gear. It was beach side which was amazing and the walking path was right off the pool area. The room was run down and there was no vent or air in the bathroom. The elevator system was a pain and at times took forever!!
