The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the unit, as well as access to the building’s pool and fitness center.

Please note that the building is currently undergoing construction. Some construction noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
The pool will remain closed until November 9, subject to change.

Electronic Key / FOB Fee

The condominium charges an additional fee for the electronic key, payable at check-in. This fee is not included in the reservation price.

1 FOB: up to 3 adults (18+) – $30
2 FOBs: 4–6 adults (18+) – $60
3 FOBs: 7–9 adults (18+) – $90

Children under 18 do not require a FOB.
