The motel itself is great. It has been recently renovated, and the staff is wonderful. It is next to the highway that run all night and a train that shakes the building. It is great for what it was great for.

Worst hotel ever!

There was a dead cockroach on the floor! Only a thin sheet and cover on the bed! The phone was dead! There was no coffee, no juice, no sodas in the machine. I had to get a special card to get ice.

Gently renovated so the materials were new, but it’s apparent that the renovations were done on the cheap. Unsanded drywall painted over, trim hanging loose. Also, Luke warm water in all faucets; they must have the water heaters turned down. No coffee maker, or microwave, anything; but a counter and sink designed for it. They advertise breakfast but that amounted to watery coffee and a bowl of apples on the counter. The owners live in the hotel in a room off the lobby so that’s weird.

We were excited to stay at the newly renovated hotel. However, we were very disappointed. One main reason we stayed there was for free breakfast. There was nothing available. My room didn’t have any towels, soap, or shampoo. The shower had no pressure nor hot water. Very very disappointed. I know they just renovated and opened but if you are going to open, you need to have the things you are advertising.

Criminal fraud

This hotel commits fraud. I have stayed here every week for a month. WOrking ona project here and come up weekly and stay overnite On my first visit, I paid about $30 for a one nite stay. I also paid a $50 pet deposit for my 2 small dogs and was advised it was refundable if the pets caused no damage. The next morning the manager inspected the room and said everything looks fine and advised that my refund would show up on my debit card. The following week I stayed again and was not required to provide a pet deposit as the dogs had demonstrated they were nota problem. I was also advised that the pet deposit refund would be forthcoming. The following week I stayed again; inquired about my refund. The desk manager who had been the same one every stay called her boss in front of me and she advised that he said he would take care of it. Today, I showed up for another stay- new front desk manager. I inquired about the refund. She called one of the owners and I was told the deposit was non-refundable. Total fraud! Who would book a $30 room in such a dump and then agree to pay a $50 pet fee if it was non-refundable? NO ONE WOULD! I cancelled my reservation and went elsewhere. When I get home i will get my paperwork and file a criminal complaint with the Globe police dept next week upon my return here. Now lets talk about condition. Because the rooms were $25 to $30/nite, you can put up witha lot, but this place is disgusting. More later -over the word limit

The staffing is great the rooms have little to desire. Haven't received the rooms that I Payed for but can't find anything else available... can't beat the price just bring your own towels and soap

This place is a dump. I cannot believe that VRBO would recommend it. No hot water, no top sheet on the bed – just an old blanket. Everything worn and tired. Right on the noisy road. I will never rent from anything VRBO recommends again
