My house is located in a very nice residential neighborhood, walking distance to Restaurants, Bars and CVS pharmacy and a short drive to the Miami Beach, no more than 10 min. You can get to the Performing arts District, Design District, SoBe, Wynwood, MiMo and Miami International Airport in about 20 min. The access to the Suite is totally independent from the rest of house and a private patio for your enjoyment.

Cute and cozy

We had a great stay at Ignacio's place. It started out a little bit Rocky with a confusing check-in process. Vrbo didn't send us check-in instructions and we had to contact Ignacio directly. But he's totally responsive and when we got there he showed us to the property and was very kind. Whenever I had a question throughout the duration of our stay, he was quick to respond. The neighborhood is super nice and cute. It's nearby a good bakery where we went almost everyday for breakfast and there's a bunch of nice restaurants around as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would certainly stay again. Thank you, Ignacio!
