Pleasant stay in Miami

Brian, the owner is very pleasant and accommodating. He lives at the site and is readily available for questions. The location is very safe with a locked porch entry and a keypad lock on the unit entry as well. This is a residential neighborhood, very clean and safe to walk. Public bus is one street away for north/south and the same for east west, bus is only $2.25 per ride, so it was great with no extra cost for car rental. The price was very fair, and below the average.

First Trip To Miami

I’d definitely stay here again, easily accessible to ubers and we where 20-30 mins from all the activities we wanted to do. Thank you Brian you were great, when we come back we will stay here.

Lovely property and home owner. It was a pleasure to stay there. I especially liked having coffee and cream available and coffee maker in the kitchen. :) I would definitely stay there again. Things that would make guest stays better include: 1. A card with WiFi connection instructions. 2. A card with "how to" instructions on watching cable TV on the smart TV 3. While the bed was ok, a better mattress and box springs would improve the overall stay

Great for our overnight stay!!

This was ideal for us to stay overnight before we left for our cruise. We were walking distance to a couple restaurants to grab breakfast before we had to be at Port and it's a short distance to grab Uber ride. Brian was great host and responded quickly when needed. The room is very private and secure and in great location. Would definitely stay again.
