I attempted repeatedly to get the host to address several issues with this house, especially the lack of and/or inconsistent hot water in 3 of the 5 bathrooms. During our 9 day stay, we never were able to get hot water in 2 bathrooms and 1 would get hot water for a short time and then turn cold. I texted, emailed and contacted the host live by phone and they eventually sent out a maintenance person, who, after checking several things and the wall mounted, on-demand water heater, they indicated that the unit needed to be replaced and he would need to speak with his boss. The problem persisted and after again contacting the host, they promised they would have "their maintenance team" at the home the next morning. No one ever came and I simply continued to receive messages that they "were happy to report that the hot water problem was resolved". Also, the exhaust fans never worked in 3 of the bathrooms. When the kitchen faucet stopped working, we were forced to take it apart to get it working again because we knew that no one would respond timely. The Wifi in the main house was very unreliable and we were never able to get any Wifi connection at all in the pool house, making the TV there unusable!. Every time I reported Wifi connection problems the host simply responded and asked me to unplug the modem, even after I had done this multiple times with no improvement. The ice maker in the kitchen fridge did not work and the extra fridge in the garage didn't make ice.
