Modest, Simple house in Brickell/Miami with PRIVATE POOL

This is a private and simple house. It is bare bone with only the necessities. It is not luxurious. It is ideal for budget travelers, or students or big families that are looking for affordable options in an expensive city. The floors are cracky and old. The bathroom is pretty old but functional. There is a big yard with private pool. If you don’t mind being in an old house, the price is really affordable.

Make sure to keep windows closed and door closed as some insects might enter the house. It’s florida and its known for that.

Please read before booking. This is an older, simple, low maintenance Miami home. It is best for easygoing guests who care more about space, location, and price than modern finishes.

For guests who are more than +8 for gatherings and celebrations, you must message us for the event pricing. Any illegal party, guests agrees to pay $5,000 in penalties.

By booking, guests understand and accept the following:

1. The home is old and shows normal age, wear, and tear. Doors, locks, fixtures, appliances, furniture, and outdoor areas are not new.
2. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. There is no door separating the bedroom from this bathroom.
3. The kitchen oven shows visible wear and some rust from age. This does not mean the oven was left unclean. Photos are included so guests can see what to expect.
4. The outdoor barbecue also has visible rust and outdoor wear from rain, sun, and Miami weather.
5. The backyard is simple and low maintenance. Outdoor furniture, surfaces, plants, and other items may show wear from sun, rain, wind, and humidity. The pool is professionally maintained and kept clean.
6. One bathroom may sometimes provide warm water rather than very hot water. The other bathroom normally has hotter water.
7. Miami has mosquitoes, insects, and occasional outdoor bugs. Guests must keep doors and windows closed, especially the back door. Leaving doors or windows open can allow insects to enter the home.
8. We perform regular cleaning and pest control, but we cannot guarantee that an insect will never enter. Bug spray is available in the home if needed.
9. Doors and locks are older but functional. Guests booking this home should be comfortable staying in an older property.
10. Free parking is available outside the property and on the street where legally permitted.
11. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation. The price may change depending on the number of guests.
12. No parties, events, or unregistered visitors without prior approval.
13. Please respect our neighbors. Keep music, voices, and outdoor activity at a reasonable level, especially at night.
14. Guests should immediately report any problem during the stay so we have a chance to help. Please do not wait until checkout to report something that could have been addressed earlier.

This home is a good fit for budget conscious, low maintenance travelers looking for a large space in a prime Miami area. It is not a luxury or recently renovated home. Please book only if you are comfortable with the age, wear, layout, and conditions described above.
