An absolutely wonderful space in a perfect location, but the check-in process was incredibly stressful. When you land after a long flight, you expect to get into your accommodation easily to rest. Instead, I received zero check-in or check-out instructions in advance. I had to waste a lot of time coordinating through chat, customer service, and the apartment managerial staff just to get into the building.Aside from this major communication breakdown, everything else was fine. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The location is excellent. It is conveniently close to a grocery store, local cafes, and the beach. The building has great atmosphere once you are finally settled in. Overall, it is a great property, but the management desperately needs to send out arrival instructions automatically to save future travelers the headache.
