The hotel itself is very nice and the staff is friendly enough. Unfortunately there is only valet parking and the only parking structures are for the MetroRail which actually has a decent price and somewhat connects to the hotel after a bit of a walk. When I first arrived, I was not aware of this and the valet parking was full. When I inquired about the parking, a woman answered the phone and aggressively mentioned a parking lot "a few blocks" from the property. I asked where and she continuously shouted "A FEW BLOCKS", like I knew where that was. The front desk clerk, the valet guys- no one had any idea where I could park despite working there. I received help from a garage attendant for the MetroRail. The AC also was not working and the room was 75°F the entire stay. An engineer was sent to the room to repair it unfortunately nothing was improved and I was not given another room. The gym was good and the pool is pretty cool. The bartenders in the lobby's lounge were awesome with good drinks and beer selection. Overall, I believe it's slightly overpriced for this hotel simply because of location. The quality and amenities aren't necessarily worth staying there again.

There was always a issue everyday with my stay. From the valet to the breakfast. The front desk all had different answers. There was no ice is the ice machine and there were stains in my room. My stay was a 3/10 very disappointed

I stayed here after having my flight postponed for a day and all hotels close to the airport were booked. I loved that they’re walking distance to the mall because I had to buy something to wear because my luggage was still at the airport. The next morning I had an early flight and gentleman at the front desk was more than amazing. Realizing that I was catching an Uber before dawn, he offered to take my backpack (which was all I had with me) and meet the driver. This made me feel a little more secure than if I had been alone. Despite all of the craziness that I experienced with my travel plans being altered; his small act of kindness made a difference.
