We had a very enjoyable & c stay at Maritime Suite at Villa Monaco. The location is truly excellent, just a short walk to the water, which made it easy to enjoy peaceful views at the dock even without a direct water view from the unit. The area felt very safe, and we appreciated being able to walk to nearby restaurants and a local grocery store with ease.The space itself was very comfortable for our party of two. Having two full bathrooms was a major plus and added a lot of convenience. The water pressure was excellent, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having spare toiletries available, something that is often missing in other rentals.The unit includes a fully stocked kitchen, which is great for longer stays, even though we didn’t end up using it. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was especially refreshing after being out in the South Beach heat. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, which made for great sleep each night. The oversized full-length mirror in the primary bedroom was also a nice and practical feature.A couple of small improvements could make the experience even better. Adding a second couch in the living room would provide more seating and make the space feel more complete. While the unit was not dirty, it would benefit from a deeper, more detailed cleaning to elevate the overall feel. Having a TV in the second bedroom would be a great addition for guests who want more flexibility.Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Nice location and the apartment was very clean an tidy, but disappointed that there was no private balcony as advertised.The beds were very comfy with nice bedding.Good coffee machine and coffee.The dining area is very cramped. You can only squeeze 4 people in.Other things that need improving and simple to fix. There were only 6 of each plate, bowl etc, so you needed to wash up each meal or put the dishwasher on. Need to at least double everything. The pans were terrible, everything sticks to them. Need some non-stick ones. Need some ice trays as no ice dispenser. Towels were a bit small (but nice). Needs another comfy chair in the lounge area. No welcome pack.
